ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8034 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai dated 04.06.2018. 2.It is seen that the Court below, while granting bail imposed with certain conditions on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6195 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018, one of the condition is that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner has been complying with the said conditions without fail. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition before the Court below seeking for relaxation. The Court below passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.8034, dated 04.06.2018, the above condition was modified and the petitioner was directed to appear before the Investigation Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the said condition till date. The petitioner is a sick patient and he finds it difficult to appear weekly once. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking for relaxation of the said condition. 4.Considering the same, the condition imposed by learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8034, dated 04.06.2018, is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer 15 days once for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required.
