This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the order of police protection granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25800 of 2018.

2. This Court has given sufficient reasons as to why police protection should be given. The petitioner cannot stop the erection of the tower done with proper permission, merely based on apprehension. This Court does not find any ground to recall the earlier order passed by this Court.
