When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition has become infructuous since the convict prisoner Abraham @ Rajasekaran s/o.James David, Convict No.15844, has died. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
