Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of false complaint registered against him.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of false complaint registered against him.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the 1st respondent police.

3. It is seen from the records that there is already a money dispute pending between the parties. The petitioner has alleged that the other side has approached the respondent police and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

4. The respondent police shall not interfere in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
