2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 84 of the TNVAT Act, 2006, has not been disposed of by the respondent so far.
3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the contention raised in the application filed under section 84 of the TNVAT Act, 2006 as it is for the respondent to consider the same .
4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider Section 84 application and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. No costs.
