2. A joint memo has been filed by the applicant and respondent stating that the applicant can pick up the minor child at 09.30.a.m. and drop the child back at 07.00 p.m. at the residence of the respondent from 25.12.2018 to 31.12.2018.

3. In the light of the joint memo, the respondent shall hand over the custody of the minor child on 25.12.2018 at 09.30 a.m. The applicant can have custody of minor child till 31.12.2018, however, every day, the minor child shall be handed over to the respondent at 07.00. p.m.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
