ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police herein not to harass the petitioner herein without a due process of law.
2.It is seen from the records that there is already a money dispute pending between the parties. The petitioner has alleged that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
3. The respondent police shall not interfere in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall advise the parties and relegate them to the appropriate forum.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of the enquiry.
