Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the invitation for quotation for supply of fish seed issued by the 3rd to 7th respondents respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue fresh Quotation Conditions for the supply of Fish Seed, Fish Seed (Carps) Fish Culture and Aquaculture in short seasonal irrigation tanks situated in various districts of Tamil Nadu.

This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief:

To issue a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the invitation for quotation for supply of fish seed issued by the 3rd to 7th respondents respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue fresh Quotation Conditions for the supply of Fish Seed, Fish Seed (Carps) Fish Culture and Aquaculture in short seasonal irrigation tanks situated in various districts of Tamil Nadu.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already the private parties, who are successful bidders, have been assigned with the work. He further submitted that he would furnish the confirmation list to the petitioner. If that be the case, it is for the petitioner to work out their remedy against such persons in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the matter. The respondents shall furnish the confirmation list to the petitioner, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
