[CRL.MP.NO.17998/2018] [II]relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the contonment police station, Tiruchy daily at morning 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in CRL.OP.NO.24120/2018 DATED 23.10.2018. [CRL.MP.NO.18001/2018] [III]relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in CRL.OP.NO.26221/2018 DATED13.11.2018.[CRL.MP.NO.

Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner[IN CRL.MP.NO.17998/2018] and of M/S.P.KALIMUTHU Advocate for the petitioner[IN CRL.OP.NO.18001 AND 18002/2018] and of MS.V.SARADHA DEVI Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent [IN ALL THE PETITONS]the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P No.24120 of 2018. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24120 of 2018 dated 23.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
