The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to order transfer the investigation in Cr.No.1103/2017 from the file of the 1st respondent police to any other competent central investigation agency in order to maintain the substantial Justice to the victims of crime.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in P.R.C.No.24/2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tambaram and it is pending before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
