Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith pass orders for refund of the sum of Rs.82,500/- by considering the recommendations dated 07.09.2015, 05.05.2017 and 14.07.2017 in a time bound manner. By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith pass orders for refund of the sum of Rs.82,500/- by considering the recommendations dated 05.05.2017 and 14.07.2017 in a time bound manner.
3. Heard Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.09.2015, on which, respondents 3 & 4 sent recommendations dated 05.05.2017 and 14.07.2017 to refund a sum of Rs.82,500/-, but, the same is yet to be refunded to him. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 in the light of the recommendations dated 05.05.2017 and 14.07.2017 in terms of the regulations and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
