The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and the Family Pension has been granted to the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 11.04.2019. petitioner says that family pension is disbursed and Family Security Fund is yet to be recovered. The respondents are directed to release all other benefits as expeditiously as possible.

2. In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
