When the first respondent has chosen the petitioner school as a centre for the 10th Standard examination, he has wrongly allotted M/s Auxilium Girls Higher Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar as the school for writing the +2 examination for the students of the petitioner school, as a result the students of the petitioner school are facing lots of hurdle, because they have to unnecessarily leave the petitioner school to some other school. Therefore, a direction be issued to consider the same on merits.
