O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking (a) to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5803 of 2018, dated 30.10.2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in Crime No.452 of 2018 registered by the Inspector of Police, V3, J.J.Nagar Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai (b) to dispense with the production of the original order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5803 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur for the present.

2. While granting bail to the petitioner in respect of the offence under sections 120(A), 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.452 of 2018, the lower https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court imposed certain conditions. Out of the said conditions, the Court below has directed the petitioner, who arrayed as A2, 'to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs into the Court'. Therefore, the petitioner sought for modification of the first condition imposed by the Court below, before this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.1 imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner, R.Hariharan shall deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs in any one of the Nationalised Bank in a fixed deposit scheme to the credit of Cr.No.452 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police and deposit receipt shall be produced before the Court below. The other conditions shall remain intact.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
