The prayer sought for in the present petition is to dispose the petition in I.A.No.390 of 2018 in O.S.No.157 of 2018 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam.

2. Heard Ms.V.S.Usha Rani, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is seen on a perusal of the adjudication orders passed in I.A.No. 390 of 2018 that the petition with an affidavit have been filed on 16.07.2018 and the counter has also been filed on 09.10.2018 and as such the application is ripe for enquiry. Hence, the learned District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam is called upon to dispose of the I.A.No.390 of 2018 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
