Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8406 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13933 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHADEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
1. This petition has been filed by the accused 1 and 2 to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8406 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13933 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018.
2.This Court by the order dated 30.05.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13933 of 2018 granted bail to the petitioners with a condition that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station twice in a day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.
3. Subsequently, this Court has modified the said condition as follows:- "The petitioner shall report before the respondent every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders."
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed and the case is also taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri as P.R.C.No.26 of 2018. Hence, he requested to relax the condition fully.
5. Considering the fact that the charge sheet was filed and the case also has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.26 of 2018, the conditions are fully relaxed.
