PRAYER in W.P.No.34153/2018: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 4th respondent authority from finalizing the tender process initiated under tender notification bearing No.PGM(W)/EOI-Infrastructure Mtce/2019-20 dated 02.08.2018 for engaging 46 persons for infrastructure maintenance at selected Telecom Sites in Chennai Telephones West Area viz. Kodambakkam, KK Nagar and Porur for the year 2019-20 in favour of the bidders
non fulfilling the statutory requirement and further direct the 4th respondent authority to finalise the tender process in favour of next available and qualified bidder complying all statutory requirements.
PRAYER in W.P.No.34161/2018: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 4th respondent authority from finalizing the tender process initiated under tender notification bearing No.PGM(W)/EOI-Infrastructure Mtce/2019-20 dated 02.08.2018 for engaging 54 persons for infrastructure maintenance at selected Telecom Sites in CPT West Zone of CHTD viz. Kancheepuram, Sriperumbudur, Tiruvallur and Tiruttani in favour of the bidders non fulfilling the statutory requirement and further direct the 4th respondent authority to finalise the tender process in favour of next available and qualified bidder complying all statutory requirements.
