ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the fourth respondent relating to the passing of the impugned order issued in proceedings M.A.5.Va.Thu.Na.Ka.No.R1/3515/2018 dated 07.12.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Assistant Revenue Officer with effect from 15.05.2010 with all monetary and other service benefits.
2. Heard Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The impugned order has been passed on the representation given by the petitioner stating that the petitioner has been imposed with several punishments in view of the several disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. As two of the punishments against the petitioner are set aside in view of the order passed in W.P.Nos.12407 & 9299 of 2018, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation of the Page No.3 of 6
petitioner in view of the above change of circumstances and pass orders afresh on the earlier representation of the petitioner seeking promotion.

In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in M.A.5.Va.Thu.Na.Ka.No.R1/3515/2018 dated 07.12.2018 is set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in view of the above change of circumstances and pass orders afresh on the earlier representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
