The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvarur in D.No.4874/2022 dated 20.10.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.4345 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 18.06.2021, directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.38 of 2013 within a period of six months. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvarur has sent communication dated 18.10.2022 through the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvarur narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to dispose of the same.
