Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.10597 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi and Villupuram District and set aside the same.

ORDER

The petitioner had filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi and the Magistrate had passed an order dated 21.11.2017, directing the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and file a report before the Court. The respondent police conducted a detailed enquiry and filed a report before the Court stating that no offence has been made out.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate by an order dated 22.12.2017, accepted the report filed by the respondent police and closed the complaint. Aggrieved by the same, the present original petition has been filed before this Court.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint and workout his remedy in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
