ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer the case in crime No.456 of 2017 dated 20.09.2017 from the file of the respondent police to any other competent investigating agency.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has been filed during the year 2017. Till date, investigation has not been completed. Therefore, the learned counsel prays this court to transfer the case to any other agency.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation is completed and the respondent police is yet to be filed charge sheet before the competent Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent Police to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
