Challenging the Judgement and orders dated 30.11.2018 passed in C.A.No.223/2018 by the II Additional District and Sessions

Judge, Erode, confirming the Judgment and Orders, dated 01.06.2018 passed in S.T.C.No.161/2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode, the present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the complainant.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the respondent / complainant is present and contended that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the revision petitioner/accused. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the circumstances, i. This Criminal Revision Case is allowed.

ii. The Judgement and orders dated 30.11.2018 passed in C.A.No.223/2018 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode, and the Judgment and Orders, dated 01.06.2018 passed in S.T.C.No.161/2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode are hereby set aside.
