It could be seen from records that the respondent filed a Original Petition in O.P. No.136 of 2001 against the petitioners complaining medical negligence in the year 2001 and aggrieved by the order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai, the petitioners are before this Court with the above petitions, which are pending from the year 2014 and 2017. Though private notice was served to the respondent on 25.06.2022 and his name was also printed in the cause list, there was no representation on his behalf either through counsel or by himself. 2.Therefore, this Court appoints Mr.A.Aswin Kumar, Enrolment No.1755/2017 (Mobile No.8861473214) as Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the Petitioner shall serve the papers on the learned Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent. 3.Post the case on 08.11.2022.
