Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to forthwith issue appropriate sponsorship letter to permit the petitioner to complete her balance of the Internship period in the Government Medical College & Hospital, Adukkamparai and on completion of the same, to issue all certificates including Diploma Certificate, Course Completion Certificate, Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate in respect of Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Course to the petitioner and also return to the petitioner all the certificates submitted by her to the 2nd respondent at the time of seeking admission to the Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Course.
