ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Pattu Subha, who is in illegal custody of one Kamesh, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the detenue.
2. From the documents produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are of the view that it is a case of elopement of the detenue on her own. The petitioner has .also given a letter dated 24.01.2019 to the respondents/Police in the presence of the detenue stating that he has handed over all the belongings of the detenue. The detenue has also given a statement. In her statement, she also acknowledged the receipt of Aadhar Card.
