ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 30.07.2018. Seeking to expedite the aforesaid appeal, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
