This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from shifting the statue of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar from the existing location in Tindivanam-Marakkanam Highway at Perumukkal Village to the proposed place which is in front of the petitioners land in S.No. 223/ 8A3 and now known as S.No. 223/ 8G, thereby obstructing smooth ingress and egress of the petitioner to his land situated in S.No. 223/ 8A3 and now known as S.No. 223/ 8G, at Perumukkal Village, Marakanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
