The prayer sought for in the above applications are as follows, "A.No.10159 of 2018 : To pass a pro order prohibiting the second respondent / garnishee not to release or pay funds to the first respondent or to any person or persons claiming through or in trust of the deceased borrower J.Punitha which lying with the second respondent / garnishee bank in the Salary Account No.24051610004631 of the deceased borrower which is maintained with second respondent / garnishee bank pending disposal of the arbitration."

A.No.3209 of 2019 : To vacate the order of injunction dated 21.12.2018 prohibiting HDFC Bank Ltd from releasing the funds in the account maintained by the applicants wife."

2. When the case is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides submit that the parties have entered into compromise and the compromise has been reduced into writing by way of a Memo of Compromise dated 24th April 2019, and they further submit that in terms of the said compromise, these applications can be disposed of.
