It emerges from the materials placed before this Court, on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the School and also on behalf of the Government that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, and he has also retired from service. In view of passage of time, the prayer as sought for in this Writ Petition that the petitioner shall be permitted to perform his duty as Headmaster of the fourth respondent School will not arise for consideration any more. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
