(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3, Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation submits that earlier notice was issued under Sections 220 read with 222 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919, on 22.08.2019. The learned counsel assures that further action will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
