The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 14.12.2018 seeking permission to conduct cultural programme in Sri Santha Kaliamman Koil at Valayambattu Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District, scheduled to be held on 26.12.2018 from 5.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.12.2018 has already been considered by the respondent vide his letter dated 20.12.2018 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
