Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to conduct enquiry in to the complaint dated 03.12.2018 of the Petitioner and consequently take the illegalities and dereliction of duties committed by the 3rd and 4th Respondents.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 1st Respondent to conduct enquiry in to the complaint dated 03.12.2018 given by the petitioner against the alleged illegalities and dereliction of duties committed by the 3rd and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4th Respondents.

2. It is seen from the records that already a complaint has been given before the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission by the petitioner and the same is pending. The petitioner has to necessarily await the decision of the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission before proceeding further in this matter. The petitioner cannot be permitted to parallely pursue with remedies before different forums for the same cause of action.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy after completion of the proceedings before the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
