This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the petitioners' representation dated 23.08.2018

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 23.08.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking issuance of patta to the land bearing Door Nos.33 to 38 in No.58-Thirumalaivoyal Village, Avadi Taluk, ChennaiThiruvallur High Road comprised in S.No.572, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.K.J.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 23.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
