The petitioner has filed this petition to modify the condition (b) in the order dated 26.11.2018 in Crl. M. P. No.20073/2018 Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crime No.322/2015 and impose one extra surety to be furnished.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 21.12.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 25.08.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 25.08.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 26.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
