ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the results of the petitioner's Final Year MBBS Part-II Examination (Register No.11411031) and permit her to join Compulsory Internship.

2. Mr.M.T.Arunan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 explained the difficulty that the petitioner's paper was placed before the Doctors at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), New Delhi, for revaluation and also for a consequential declaration of entire results and hence, he sought for ten days time to publish the results of the petitioner.

3. Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner objecting the same stated that when the petitioner's classmates are all attending the classes from December 2018, if more delay occurs, then, the petitioners also will be loosing their attendance causing problem for writing the examinations.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to publish the entire results of the petitioner's Final Year MBBS Part-II Examination (Register No.11411031) and permit her to join Compulsory Internship, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
