This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Trial Court to release the amount for a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- deposited in C.C.No.255 of 2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem in Crl.O.P.No.30114/2015 in order dated 28.01.2016.

2. The direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.255 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
