Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.No.350 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against petitioner / appellant/ accused No.2 namely Dipin @ Dinesh kumar by order dated 25.05.2018 in Special C.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of court of session (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, and release the appellant on bail CRL A.No.350 of 2018 [CRL.M.P.No.17695 of 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.No.350 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.LAKSHMI NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mrs.V.SARATHADEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 25.05.2018 in Spl.C.C.No.1 of 2017 by the Court of Sessions (Fast Track Mahila), Namakkal.

After hearing the matter, when this Court has expressed its views to dismiss the miscellaneous petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
