This application has been filed seeking to revoke the probate granted in O.P.No. 137 of 2014.

2. Pending this application, the parties were referred to mediation and they have reached an agreement in the mediation. As per the said agreement, the sole legatee under the Will dated 18.01.2010 has agreed to sell the property and pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- to the applicants. The parties have also filed a joint memorandum of compromise. The joint memo of compromise is recorded and the application for revocation is closed.
