O R D E R

Though a broad relief of quashing the transfer order is asked for, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation dated 17.12.2018 is considered.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner should not have been treated as surplus inasmuch as one post of Senior Lecturer is vacant due to the retirement of one Subramanian.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, limiting the relief sought for, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
