Heard Ms. Vedha, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. A.Dhanalakshmi, Learned Counsel for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the Parties.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Counsel for both sides that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the parties have entered into a settlement dated 26.04.2019 under Section 12

(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, the parties shall act in accordance with that settlement and file a report of its compliance in entirety by 30.04.2022 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
