This amendment petition is filed seeking amendment to the Crime Number mentioned in the cause title. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title, given in the Criminal Revision Case, the Crime Number has been wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.1430 of 2016 in M.P.No.17031 of 2018, however, it should be Crime No.08 of 2018 under Section 109 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for suitable amendment to the cause title in the Revision Case. In view of the above submission, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to make proper amendment to the cause title in the Criminal Revision Case.
