ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant of one month parole leave from 28.01.2019 to 27.02.2019 for the convict and the detenu Sekar @ Gunasekar, now under the custody of the third respondent herein bearing life convict prisoner No.21210 and convicted in S.C.No.43/1997 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Vellore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict returned back to the prison on 23.02.2019 and therefore no further orders are required in this petition.
