ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the first respondent's proceedings vide Communication A3.6226/2018 dated 16.10.2018 and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with backwages and all attendant benefits.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner, D.Kaliyammal, was appointed as a Village Assistant on compassionate grounds under Rule 10(a)(i) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules, after her husband's death in service. and her service was regularized after completing probation. However, she was suspended from service by the first respondent/Tahsildar, vide Communication 2/
A3/6226/2018 dated 16.10.2018 based on allegations of producing fake educational qualification certificates. Questioning the order of suspension dated 16.10.2018, petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition with the above said prayer.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, an enquiry was conducted and pursuant to the enquiry, the petitioner was removed from service, as the documents filed by her was found to be fake.
4. Since, the prayer in the Writ Petition is to set aside the order of suspension, this Writ Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the termination proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
