2. Heard Mr.K.G.Senthil Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is seen on a perusal of the adjudication orders passed in I.A.No. 562 of 2016 that the petition with an affidavit have been filed on 07.10.2016 and the counter has also been filed on 07.01.2017. Hence, the learned District Munsif, Thenkanikottai, Krishnagiri is called upon to dispose of the I.A.No.562 of 2016 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
