The petitioner has filed this petition, to transfer the investigation pertaining to Crime No.634 of 2018 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Vishnukanchi Police Station, (Kancheepuram) to any other competent unbiased investigating agency in the interest of justice.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 08.07.2021, at the instance of the learned counsel appeared for the petitioner, it was posted on 14.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 14.07.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 16.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
