[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondent to produce the detenue S.Sandhya, aged 22, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Petitioner was present at Court. Respondent has traced the detenue in the company of one G.Pratheep Kumar, aged 26, at Dharmapuri and produced the detenue along with the said Pratheep Kumar. Detenue informs of having entered upon marriage with the said Pratheep Kumar. On the request of petitioner, he was permitted to interact with the detenue. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that despite having been informed the need of his presence before Court, petitioner has chosen to leave. Detenue informs intent to be in the company of her husband at Mariyampatti Village, Adikarapatti (P.O), Pappireddipatti, Dharampuri. Recording as above, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
