ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1214 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police to CB CID, Chennai.

2.It is seen that there are several cases pending against the petitioner's son and he was also arrested by the respondent Police and after the period of incarceration he came out of the prison on 10.10.2018. The present complaint is lodged by the petitioner, since she could not find the whereabouts of her son, based on which, a case in Crime No.1214 of 2018 was registered by the respondent Police for ''Man Missing''. 3.In respect of the same, the petitioner is also filed a Habeas Corpus Petition, before this Court in HCP.No.2670 of 2018 and the same has been dismissed by this Court on 05.03.2019. Therefore, this Court does not finds any merits in this petition to transfer the investigation.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
