ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dismissing the Transfer Original Petition. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main suit itself was dismissed for default. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
