O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1516 of 2018 pending on the file of Honourable Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

2. Considering the matrimonial relationship, the matter was referred to Mediation. The parties arrived at a mutually agreeable settlement before High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai. The memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties is taken on record and the same is forwarded to the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, for passing appropriate orders.

3. Registry is directed to send the Mediation report as well as the memorandum of compromise to the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, for proper compliance.
