Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.86 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thirukkuvalai Police Station, Nagappattinam District and to quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered by the respondent police in Crime No.86 of 2012.

2. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this Stage. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is almost completed and final report will be filed within a period of one month.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
